| Description: | As referred to herein, the TSP1 inhibitory activity refers to the activity to inhibit one or more effects of TSP1, including angiostatic effect. The TSP1 inhibitory activity is measured by a cell adhesion inhibition assay using human TSP1 and vascular endothelial cells as described hereinbelow in the Examples section. In this assay, when the 50% inhibitory concentration (IC5O) of a test substance is 200 nM or less, the test substance is determined to have TSP1 inhibitory activity. |
