| Description: | HPK1-Catalytic domain enzyme is preincubated for 30 minutes with varying concentrations of investigational test compounds, or DMSO reference. HPK1 activity is initiated by the addition of ATP and results in phosphorylation of a His-tagged SLP-76 protein substrate. Following a 60-minute reaction time, the reaction is quenched and FRET partners Eu-anti-His Ab and phospho-SLP-76 (Ser376) (D7S1K) XP Rabbit mAb (AF 647 Conjugate) are added to detect the phosphorylated His-tagged SLP-76 product. |
