| Description: | A 10 μl of protein standard (BSA standard protein) was diluted to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/ml. 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20 μl of BSA standard protein and test samples (i.e., the foregoing total binding tube, the nonspecific binding tubes, and the sample tubes) were respectively added to a 96-well plate, and were added up to 20 μl with the diluted BSA standard protein. 200 μl of BCA working solution was added to each well, and incubated at 37° C. for 30 min. The absorbance at a wavelength of 562 nm was measured with a plate reader, and the protein concentration of each of the tubes was calculated according to the standard curves. |
