| Description: | The resulting chemiluminescence was read with a Luminomitor within 10 minutes to minimize changes in signal intensity. After reading the chemiluminescence, the cells were washed 1× with wash buffer and 1× with PBS by plate washer. The plate was tapped onto paper towels to remove excess liquid from wells and air-dried at ambient temperature for 5 minutes. |
