| Description: | An AlphaScreen-based high-throughput screening assay can be used to identify inhibitors of the KIF15-TPX2 protein-protein interaction. These inhibitors have been followed up with cell independent and cell dependent assays to validate inhibitor activity. From this, we have identified two chemotypes with putative inhibitors of the KIF15-TPX2 protein-protein interaction. Analogs of one of the compounds have been synthesized to allow compounds to have better drug-like properties. |
