| Description: | The cholinesterase assays were performed using colorimetric method reported by Ellman. Enzyme activity was determined by measuring the absorbance at 405 nM. Determinations of IC50 were made by least-squares fitting of the Hill equation to the percentage inhibition data. The presented values are the average of at least four determinations. Standard errors are less than 30% of the mean IC50 values. |
