| Description: | Hydrolysis of substrate FDP was monitored continuously on a Cytofluor microplate reader with excitation and emission wavelengths set at 440 and 515 nm, respectively. Concentrations of inhibitors that resulted in 50% reduction of enzyme activity (IC50) were derived by fitting reaction rates obtained in the presence and absence of compounds to a 4-parameter equation using GraFit 4.0.10. |
