| Description: | The nucleus extract was extracted from HDAC8 enzyme was expressed in Escherichia coli. Boc-Lys (acetyl)-AMC was used as the substrate of HDAC. SAHA which is the HDAC inhibitor on market was used as a positive control. The compounds were diluted to six concentrations (25, 5, 1, 0.2, 0.04 and 0.008 uM/L) to investigate their ability of inhibiting HDAC activity. |
