| Description: | Ligand displacement assays were performed on CHO cells membranes expressing hH3R. Retained radioactivity was determined by liquid scintillation counting. Nonspecific binding was determined in the presence of 1 uM thioperamide. The Ki values were calculated based on an experimentally determined appropriate Kd value according to Cheng and Prusoff. EC50 is a measure of functional property of compound on [35S]GTP-gamma-S binding to membranes expressing H3R receptors. |
