| Description: | The assay was carried out in oligovinylsulfonic acid free 0.1 M Mes-NaOH buffer (pH 6.0) containing 0.1 M NaCl using substrate concentration from 20 to 122 nM. The concentration of compounds 2, 3, 4 and 5 ranged from 0 to 0.8, 0 to 1.2, 0 to 1.2 and 0 to 2.5 mM, respectively. The angiogenin concentration was 0.36 µM. |
