| Description: | The EGF-R kinase autophosphorylation activity was measured by DELFIA/time-resolved fluorometry with excitation at 340 nm and emission at 615 nm. Positive and negative controls were included in each plate by incubation of enzyme with or without ATP-MgCl2. The percentage of autophosphorylation inhibition by the compound was calculated using the equation: 100 - [(test - negative control)/(positive control - negativecontrol)]. The IC50 was obtained from curves of percentage inhibition. |
