| Description: | The reaction mixtures (200 uL), containing recombinant human MAO-A or MAO-B (5 ug/mL) and the test compounds in potassium phosphate buffer (100 mM; pH 7.4), were preincubated at 37 uC for 15 min. The reaction was initiated by the addition of kynuramine (250 uM) in potassium buffer (100 mM; pH 7.4) and incubated further at 37 uC for 20 min. The reaction was stopped by addition of 75 uL of 2N NaOH. |
