| Description: | IC50 values for the inhibition of MAO-A and MAO-B were determined using the recombinant human enzymes as enzyme sources, and kynuramine as non-selective MAO substrate. The concentrations of the MAO-generated 4-hydroxyquinoline were measured by fluorescence spectrophotometry (λex = 310; λem = 400 nm).
