| Description: | MST experiments were performed with a Monolith NT.115 Pico (NanoTemper Technologies, Munich, Germany). Fluorescence labeling of GDP-HRasG12V was achieved according to the manufacturer's protocol of the His-Tag Labeling Kit RED-tris-NTA 2nd generation or Kit RED-NHS 2nd Generation Labeling Kit (NanoTemper Technologies, Munich, Germany). Protein concentration optimization was performed, and final concentrations were 20 nM fluorescently labeled GDP-HRasG12V. Data was acquired in PBS buffer with 0.1% pluronic acid. Data was analyzed with the NanoTemper MO.Affinity Analysis software. |
