| Description: | MEK1 cascade HTRF assays were carried out using inactive Erk2 as a downstream kinase with biotin-MBP protein as the final substrate. The reaction was carried out in black 96 half-well plates. At designated time points, EDTA was used to quench the reaction. Detection reagents were added to each well for anti-phospho-MBP-Eu and SAXL. The plates were incubated, and then read using the RUBYstar HTRF reader. |
